The process supports groups to find a solution that all involved are truly willing to say yes to, based on understanding what is important to everyone, and aware of power dynamics. I have found it both inclusive and effective, supporting groups to move to a shared purpose of finding creative proposals to try out, in a way that is efficient and focused.
